Research Paper Reading Seminar in commemoration of the 11th anniversary of the university was held at Multipurpose Hall on 20th December 2023 and Rector Dr.Yi Yi Win addressed the opening speech. In her speech, she said our university has held the Research Paper Reading Seminar annually since 2012 not only at university anniversary day but also at ICA Day and develop human resources. And she added that the life of the university is doing research, and the teachers need to get better practices on doing research and also aimed to support the students to get knowledge on doing research practically. The theme of today’s seminar is “To build a Sustainable Development University through Quality Research” and so she urged the teachers to do the quality research continuously and to improve their capability of doing research.

At the Research Paper Reading Seminar, the (14) researchers read their papers respectively. (8) papers are oriented for regional development and (6) papers are subject-oriented. Rector, Pro-Rector (Academic), Chairpersons (external experts), teachers and students approximately (300) people attended and observed at that ceremony.
