Description : In this paper the evaluation of the polynomial and rational functions in digital computer system is considered and general evaluation method (E-method) is expressed. We observed combine technique, the correspondence rule in E-method and Microsoft Excel program are combined as a new technique for the evaluation of the polynomial and rational functions.
